There are some character encoding issues with your badge creator script...
For example:
The team is "The Power Hawks", with the quotation marks.
Another one:
The team is D'Penguineers, with the apostrophe
Of course, not all special chars are messed up.
@, !, and ^ seem to work, but not ' or ". It would be nice if you could resolve this issue.
