The errors suggest that the cRIO's IP address is not compatible with the computer you're trying to connect to it with. Your first step should be to reformat the cRIO using the latest (v20?) image.
The
zeroth step should be to browse
http://www.usfirst.org/frccontrolsystem and familiarize yourself with what it offers. At the very least, get a printed copy of Chapter 2 (the Getting Started document). You'll want to start with step 2.6, setting up the cRIO.
