This reminds me of the year someone posted that they were missing the assembly manual in the KOP!
If you are just beginning to use Labview, I would suggest you go to
www.frcmastery.com where you will see some great examples that will answer your questions.
I would further suggest that you start by using the examples provided. You can program a fully functional drivable robot with just those examples. Then, you can start using the template. I hope this helps.
