I'm guessing you were trying to post too rapidly and you get an error, twice. The first time it redirected you to the post new thread page with a new title that included the [FF]:, and the second time it happened it added another [FF]:. Finally when you posted it on the third try the forum again added a [FF]:.
At least thats what happened to me.
