Scripting WPILIBj plugin install

ok here's the situation:

I'm working on teaching Java to the students. The school already has netbeans installed on the computers. The IT staff are too busy to go in and install the plugins on each machine in the room, and I don't have admin access to do it(the computers have security software on them making any changes disappear on reboot). Unfreezing the computers and sending them a script to handle the install is a doable scenario, however, I have to figure out how to script it if it's possible.

so here's the question:

Is it possible and if so, how do I do it?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated
