High school Lego teams are NOT allowed I know that much. Because they have an age/grade level requirement. But a high school robotics team could mentor FLL teams.

Correction according to FIRST(I forgot about this) a team may consist of 9-14 year old students meaning it would be possible for Freshmen to have a team.
