I think you have something here. The hint would be too easy with just locomotion. But if the song was played in a movie, then we have a second degree of seperation. The thought process for creating a clue about making things larger during the game. Thus the movie about "Honey I Blew up the Kid". Movie reference is too simple. Thus a connection to a song in that movie would make it difficult to interpret right away. So clue makers have to ask who sang that song. Then find a photo of the singer.
The conclusion to reach here is that we will be inflating some object. We will be "Blowing-up the game piece".
