I assume some kind of train or railroad connection from this. 
Also the photo is the reverse of the cover to her 2001 "Llll-Little Eva!: The Complete Dimension Recordings".
Reversed image could just be a way to make identifying the picture harder, or it could mean a reversing of something in the game.
Personally I think it is just the first one (the design board trying to make identifying the picture harder), but wouldn't put it past FIRST to try something like that in their design.  |
