The home page background is by far the most aesthetically pleasing. The chainmail is pretty distracting. I suggest you put information like "who are we" and "what is FIRST" on your home page. My team, 461, won the world championship website award this year. you should check it out:

the only other suggestion i would make is placement of the links, specifically the Helpful Links. Try and keep all the links in one bar unless its a different subject. Ex: on our website, everything about FIRST and the robot is at the top, and all the recent news links are on the side.
