You're heading in the right direction with website, thats for sure. It's definitely aesthetically pleasing; nothing too distracting. I suggest adding a calendar for you countdown purposes. also somewhere you could add a how FIRST affected you as a group paragraph somewhere (forgive me if there is already).
My team, 461 Westside Boiler Invasion, is the only team to win the World Championship Best Website Award twice, 2006 and 2010. My point is you really should look at the top team's website for a template of some sort.
