Ok...now I'm happy
I tried again, an hour and a half after opening and did get our team's first choices (no pun intended)...I did nothing different than earlier when I was retrying the first time and was getting notice of FTC kits, etc. being unavailable but now the items are still available. Lesson learned...patience is a virtue! Thanks to those of you who offered kind advice.
