I'm not sure I understand the question. If you asking if you can program the NXT from the FRC version of LV, the answer is technically yes, but you'll be using older VIs to do so. The new ones are a bit easier to use and are for newer versions of LV. Also, the rules may limit what you can use to program the brick. If not, then you could download the NXT toolkit and get some basics working.

Thinking about it a bit more, I don't believe you'll have tetrix motor control unless you use the newer tools.
