Hey,
You would change the drive by right clicking the Arcade Drive VI and going to replace> Robot Drive Palette>Tank Drive. And Save. If that don't work then I would suggest just placing the Tank Drive VI after deleting the Arcade Drive VI. It's under the WPI>Robot Drive>Tank Drive VI. Then wire your joystick inputs.
