Curcuit breaker missing

We've been looking into our kit, and we can't find the big 60amps circuit breaker. Where is it supposed to be? Probably they miss packing into it, so we will need to as FIRST for another on. Anyone have the same problem? or any other missing kit part?

It should have been in the electronics bag. We had none of the 15 pin female connectors in our electronics bag, but we did have two males, which update 1 said to throw out. There was one female connector in the misc. bag though, so we are only missing one. We are a rookie team, so can someone tell me who to contact to get a new connector?

In the administration part of the manual, there are specific contacts who you can ask questions about the rules and kit parts as well as field construction.
