Question Missing parts rookie question

So, I'm a new coach and I'm missing some parts, what do I do? Should I:
A: Wait for the missing parts.
B: Contact someone (and let them know).
C: send everything back and imagine this was all a dream.

If B, who should I contact and how can they deal with all our requests.

have they forgot things in the past?
