Check out the SERIN and SEROUT commands in the Basic Stamp manual. They'll explain the pinout and function of the programming port, plus how to transfer data with it. You won't have any problem transfering code to the bot as long as you don't mess around with the ATN pin (I think it's DTR on the port). Happy coding.
