um well first thing that points out to me is that you need to clean up the wiring and protect them causet that would be ripped apart in a second

It looks like its aimed right at your light.

all the electronics are covered with lexan ,these are early pics.

the suction cup is for picking up boxes in any orientation they may end up,the cup rotates them upright then stacks them.also the bot can stack on either side so it doesnt know if its coming or going
