Its not so much what, as the fact that they were throwing things at a moving car. You may not be drivers yet, but driving down the road and something comes flying at the window, a lot of people are gonna panic and swerve. Swerve into oncoming traffic, swerve off the road, slam on brakes and get rear-ended. As someone who has been in an accident that rendered his car useless, it is not all that funny. Cars can create a LOT of damage to people and things. Not to mention the cost and hardship of not having a car/having to have a car fixed.
As for suing, its unfortunate, but our culture has come to the point where the threat of a lawsuit will often prompt more changes then an actual lawsuit. Wetzel |
