We, here at the Strath Haven Robotics Club, have had a moving chassis for almost a week now. We knew what we wanted to do from the end of the first week. We kept it similar to last year's chassis so we knew what to do. After recieving the chain and sprokets from Small Parts, we worked endlessly to finish the drive system. In fact, there were some of the students, me included who's been in school for 12 hours straight working on putting the drivetrain together.

The only thing that held us back was the service from Skyway. We were delayed for a few days because they didn't manufacture the pneumatic wheels that we ordered until the day they were suppposed to be shipped.
But all in all, we are happy with the drive train. When I tested it, we can pull about 100 lbs of force on carpet from an 80 lb robot which includes most of our mechanism. That is some friction. I love these wheels.
