Should I ask FIRST, first? Just to get official permission?

I see no need. If you are properly licensed and using legal equipment to do something lawful there should be no requirement to ask permission from anybody.
As a courtesy, you may wish to consult FIRSTs technical people to ensure that your transmissions will not interfere with the competition.
But even if you did interfere they wouldn't be able to stop you. Of course the screaming crowds charging your transmitter position because of interference might change your mind about exercising your rights at that particular place and time...
"It is generally easier to ask forgiveness than permission." - an old boss, there have been so many I forget which one.
On second thought I don't know, but presume you do, what the regulations are for transmitting from private property. I assume the property owner (Disney) could prevent you from transmitting from their property if they wished. So if I checked with anybody it would be Disney.
