Team 007 Stats
(I emailed this to you, but I'll post it here too)
A. Team 007 - Firestorm 4 - Parkville High School (Baltimore, Maryland) - 130 lbs. B. Drive - 4 wheel chain drive powered by two chiphua motors - easily removable - tires are rubber skyway variety - system uses steel shear pins as a failure point to protect motors. 12:1 gear ratio. Top speed is about 3.5 feet per second. Extremely high traction. C. Goal Manipulation - 2 devices - one is a pneumatic T-Bar (with a 12" stroke 2" bore cylinder running it) - The other is a "one-way-door" mechanism. Both are extremely strong and both can let go. D. No ball control E. No tether device F. Best aspect - ability to move goals even with fierce competition, gets two goals 95% of the time, almost always wins in a tug-of-war G.
