Great idea. It will be a big time saver for me since I was planning on tracking everyone down to say 'hi'. And Thursday would probably be best for me as well.

:
: i've got an interesting (wierd, informative, diverse, mind-boggling, maybe odd, non-conformist yet logical) idea:

: i sit here often, sifting through these many messages (and of course writing a few).. and some of the people- andy, Mr. J, Mr B..and a few more- i know and have met, but most of you guys I've never met! i'll leave after these four years with many new friends, but most of the people i meet in FIRST i never talk to as much as with you guys!

: so to get to my idea: what if..(you gotta love them).. we were to have a little meeting of the minds in Florida?? for all those frequent contributors to the forums, pick a time/place and introduce ourselves to one another.. so we can all put names to the faces of who we talk with, and can call them friends from now on?

: what does everyone think?

: colleen

: (P.S. especially that Moe guy and your socks.. i'm sure i know who you are, but i'd like to know exactly what everyone's talking about!! i'm always out of the loop!!)

When everyone comes to a consensus on the time and the meeting place, could someone please make a post. Please make it a new post with an obvious heading so it can be found quickly. In other words, please don't stick it in the middle of this big thread.

Thanks a lot,

Chris

Hm... he's right...
no scheduled break on thursday... how about the friday lunch break (which will most definitely be busier, but it's the obvious choice...)?

I just thought i would let you all know that there isn't a lunch break on thursday. Original thoughts of meeting at lunch on thursday will not be possible now. Any suggestions?

Hey since I won't be there...can someone post up a summary for me. I would really appreciate it. I would really like to meet Colleen. You seem like a good new friend to meet. Your messages are always interesting and full of it all!!
I have to say, this is a very good idea.

Count on nightly updates with pictures and everything from Team 190 at the very least. I'll make sure to take pictures of the Chief Delphi forum regulars and post those as well.
If they're not going to be on the 190 team site, i'll post a link for them.
