I've finally figured out that 'received' is as far as it gets on the online thing. Here's what I think the words mean (it's a bit ambiguous)
Incomplete: YOU haven't completed the order
Sent: YOU have sent the order, but noone at SPI has actually looked at it
Received: Somebody has received your order.
: I was wondering if anyone else is having difficulty with the turnaround time on Small Parts orders. I placed an order online on 1/23 and it has yet to be filled or shipped. When I check the status, it simply states that the order has been received. Last year, I know that we received excellent service and I am wondering if this is a problem across the board or if there may be a specific problem with my order. We have called several times and Small Parts simply takes our information and tells us they will call back. Any thoughts?
