actual O.D. of grab bar of goal?

Student on team #115, MV ROBOTICS, from Monta Vista High School and Hitachi Data Systems - 3com - NASA Ames. is the actual O.D. of the horizontal aluminum pipe on the grab bar 1 and 1/4 inches? it seems as though it is bigger..it looks the same as the pvc which is 1 1/4 I.D. please help!!!! -TC |
