FIRST message board- no answers?

Has anyone noticed how almost every single answer on the FIRST message board is "See the latest team update"? Does anyone else find that annoying? I can see why they don't want to post a whole bunch of answers on there, but it would be a whole lot easier to find answers if they actually answered the questions in the forums, or at least referenced a specific part of the Team Update.

One moderator

i got the distinct impression that there was only one moderator for each of the forums on Jive, which if so each of those few moderators have to be stretched pretty far, and pretty tired, so I kind of compliment and the immense work in they have put in. But you are right the answers seem to be pretty ambigous and it take a long while to get responses.

Harrison has a little shameless behaviour in the past
FIRST said that they would try to get the answers back within ONE WORKING DAY.

Over the past years surely they have gotten a feel for how many question they get, so when they say ONE WORKING DAY I kinda assume that they mean it.

I've been waiting about a week for an answer to one of my questions.
