Initial stack height
At a recent meeting we tested how high we could stack the bins using the idea that if we just picked up the bottom bin then we could stack it easily on a another bin. We tried it, but pretty soon the stack collapsed no matter how carefully we lifted it. This makes the initial stack heights interesting. If you make a large stack then, when an opposing robot tries to lift and bring it back to their scoring zone, it will collapse.
So the question is what would be the best stratagy for the initial stack height? |
