Post SMC Double Solenoid Valve Assembly

The SMC (5) port (2) position, double solenoid valve assembly consists of the following components:

- Main valve body with double solenoid pilot operators
- Valve sub-base
- Gasket
- (2) screws
- (2) electrical connectors

(The SMC portion of the kit includes (2) valve assemblies)

To assemble the valve:

1) Insert screws in through holes of main valve body
2) Align gasket onto bottom of valve
3) Align and install valve body onto valve sub-base tightening screws evenly
4) Attach solenoid electrical connectors

Fittings and tubing will be connected in the following manner:
P-port = Supply pressure
A-port = Cylinder
B-port = Cylinder
EA-port = A port exhaust
EB-port = B port exhaust

Air supply pressure must be a minimum of 15psi in order to properly shift the internal spool of the valve.
