Ahem, in all seriousness, I would seriously doubt that Disney would build a permanent structure to house FIRST. It'd be a rather expensive undertaking, and what guarantee would there be that FIRST wouldn't outgrow it? Considering how quickly FIRST is growing, the place would have to recoup the contruction costs in 5 years or so. I dunno. I just don't see it as being an especially profitable venture for Disney. Just my 2 cents, though. |
