How is reflective tape applied to HP crates?

Sorry if this uses up bandwidth - but I did not see it anywhere. How much and where is tape placed on the HP crates?

Are there orientations of the HP crates that can "hide" the tape?

Is it legal to use reflective tape on robots? There is a rule that says you can only use adhesive insulating tape on a bot, but it is hard to see how you could use a reflective sensor on a robot to detect arm position. Would using reflective tape on a robot to decoy other bots be a rule violation?

Um, i'm sure that there is orientations that can hide the tape on the bins, but not when the human player stacks them (or wtvr). The reason for this is that there is two peices of tape applied to the human players bins, located on opposite corners, close to the bottom. in order to hide the tape i think one would have to orient another bin (already on the feild) that doesn't have retro reflective tape.
Though, if the other robots sensores are low, than one could do a weird sort of pyramid thingy with the bins (but that is a lil bit of thinking for 10sec of human player time)

ateene will become famous soon enough
The tape location is specified in the game manual section 10.6

Two 1"x9" pieces will wrap around opposite corners with the bottom edge of the tap running along the molding sema that is at the very bottom of the container.
