Re: Qotw [01-19-03]: Predictions of the game...
What's the highest stack an alliance can do in a match? How often will that happen?
I don't think anything will go beyond the original 8 set up at the beginning, and even then, I don't think those will stay too often. How many stacks will there be in an average match? Probably one larger one, with little stacks of 1 all over the place On average, how many stacks will fall during a match? I stay most stacks that are made will fall in a match On average, how many bins will be pushed to the none scoring zone? I don't think many teams will worry about that, so probably only a few on any given match. On average, how many robots will end up on the ramp? I'll go with 2 on this, mostly because off all the pushing and shoving that's bound to happen What modes will robots have for the autonomous period? probably line tracers and dead-reckoning machines will be in the majority. I don't see many teams taking advantage of the retro-reflective tape on the human player bins. How many % of robots will go under or above the bar? around 75%, sorta like in 2000 How many robots will not be able to get over the ramp the first few matches? not quite sure what you mean by this What's the shortest time it take a robot to get up the ramp in the first 15 seconds? probably around 5 seconds if a machine is meant to do that How often will an alliance get all the bins in the center to their side of the field? never. common sense says you want the opponent to score something for your own QPs Last edited by EddieMcD : 19-01-2003 at 19:39. |
