The highest scores at VCU [from http://robots.larc.nasa.gov/vcu_2003/match_update.html]:

Match Points:
- Match #63 Blue: 1132 & 405 vs Red: 928 & 497
--- Blue: 150 MP Red 20 MP
--- 190 QP's to the Blue Alliance

Qualifying Points:
- Match #2, Blue: 975 & 281 vs Red: 384 & 1095
--- Blue: 85 MP Red: 90 MP
--- 260 QP's to the Red Alliance

--==--
Take note drivers, 70 points is a big differene, helping your opponent can help yourself. Perfect example being the above. in M#63, 60 more Match Points were won, but in M#71, 70 more Qualifying Points were won. The QP's are what matter.

Because of us dangit

That was a heartbreaking loss. 85-90.

Especially since that would have put us in first place and the unreliable score update said we won.

There was a 327 QP match in St Louis early in the day Saturday. Match 78. Team 868 built a 6-stack and there were three bots on the hill at the end. The other winning bot was a rookie from St Louis, Team 1098, and they finished the match wheels-up!

I believe in intuition and inspiration. Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution. It is, strictly speaking, a real factor in scientific research.

The biggest score I saw was obviously a conspiracy. Both teams still had both human player stacks and all four robots topped the ramp. the final score was 114 to 118 (if my sleep deprived memory serves me well!!)
