Probots, thunder chickens, robodawgs

I'd like to thank team 301 (probots) for making our first FIRST experience an interesting one. It's a shame we got caught.

Also I'd like to thank thunder chickens for taking us under their wing.

and lastly a thanks to the robodawgs and their enthusiastic support.(you know what individuals I am talking about)

Anyone we know going to philly? We managed to scrounge up the money!

You guys are going? Awesome! I spoke with some of your team members at our Tech Center scrimmage and was bummed that you couldn't make it..

Seems like you did well in Pittsburgh- how did your giant suction cup hold up?

it held up great! well...until our semi final match. We really got pounded hard and it broke, but I still managed to hold off the other team. It's all fixed now though.

by the way, how did your regional go?

I personally didn't go to Chesapeake, but from what I've heard-

In one match we got in a tugging battle with another team and ripped four or five teeth off our grabber gear, so we had to remove the grabber. . We put a T-bar on- a picture is below

We got the 2nd highest score-272 points.. finished 12th and selected 4th by team 651..

Overall, it was good- but I can't wait for Drexel.. Are you guys definitely going? Also- did you get to stack with that amazing grabber of yours?

We found there was no need to stack. ITs all about the human player strategy. 4 stacks of 2, and see what happens.....

hi, im the thunderchicken that had the cape and the face paint and all that jazz. I'd just like to say that you guys made one of the best robots I have seen at competition. It is really incredible to see a rookie team such as yourselves do such an exceelent job. i hope to see you at our chigaco regional or nationals, i dunno. Good luck! (nice pun by the way, "Also I'd like to thank thunder chickens for taking us under their wing. ")

only way we go to nationals is if we win philly, so I have decided that that is what is going to happen.

Guess What! We did it! We won! A huge thanks to all our alliances and mentors. It was the most amazing experience.

We qualified for nationals! and Drexel wants to sponsor us! Just incredible

hello all,
to miss daisy thank you for all of the help that you have given us since the begining we wouldn't have been able to do what we have done with out your support. And now on to Haverford High School the same goes for you with out your donations of the metal we wouldn't have been able to build a frame and with out that it would have been hard to compete. Lastly but not least we want to let team 301 know that yes its back to they way it should be us ogether again like at the pitt rigional, ceran wrap and all. hope we crash at the same hotel as you it would be great to spend some good quality time with a team that knows how to have good safe fun.
and to the teams that are going to nationals, look for team 1218 we are so happy to be going our rookie year and any help that vetran teams are willing to give us would be great. we would be more than willing work somesort or deal with you.
thanks to all that were at the philly regional, the staff, the reset crews and most of all the Jim More for putting up with us not only at pittsburgh but also at drexel and he will have to put up with us one more time at nationals you are the defination of "The Man".
