Buckeye regional

First off I want to say THANK YOU to Cleveland for putting on such a strong regional.

Next I wanna give everyone a run down of all the great stuff that went down this weekend. Lemme holla at Las Guerillas, the FEDS, and 859 for those great final matches. All the teams did a great job, my buddies on teams 302 and 519 in particular. Congrats to all the rookie teams for really showing the oldies how to play the game.

Thanks again to the city of Cleveland. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was a great time, I was able to see some great stuff that I probably wouldnt have gotten around to seeing otherwise. The atmosphere was very positive. I think that Cleveland will evolve into a very big regional due to the huge support from the community.

The only problems that I had this weekend had to do with the lack of gracious professionalism that some students showed. I hope that people can learn that winning and losing arent as important as meeting people and learning from them, so stay positive. Also, to a team that shall remain nameless, stealing cheers is not a good thing. I know that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but originality is the key to success.

Cleveland was a great time, I definately thought that the good out weighed the bad by far. I hope to see all the new friends that I made at Championships in Florida.

Emily,

Thank you very much. I'm glad we were entertaining to watch. I know I sure had fun those last few matches. I also agree with you that the city of Cleveland and all the regional sponsors and volunteers deserve a big thanks for all they did to make our experience wonderful.

I'd also like to thank our partners, 469 and 859, for a great job in the elims, and all our opponents for some intense, exciting matches.

Now that we're qualified for Nationals, I hope to see you there!
