What about prettiest robots?

Posted by Anton Abaya.

I never really got a chance to see robots in closely to observe their functionality. But to those that saw a lot of the robots, which ones were regarded the nicest looking? (I'm sure the some of the robots mentioned below will show up of course.)

Of course, looks are deceiving.

But my best vote for cool looking robot is that Hotbot robot.....those $@#$@#$@#$@# sexy sprockets....rowr.

What, the Mailbox? I guess it was ok (sorry Andy and Clay), but my vote for prettiest goes to the Brazil team (what number???) or possibly to Mystery Machine (66) for best decorations. And of course, our own, team 349, had the best colors!

what about the Juggernaut? you know, that 'ORANGE' (haha) robot? I still got hit by a double-whammy on that one.

-Erin

p.s. it is a pretty good looking robot, as well as the 'Motown Live Wires' with their bronze side panels... very nice robot, fast- and also, of course, the mystery machine (pride of the scooby snacks).

66? Did I hear 66? =) You're not the only person who thought that, Meg...we have quite a few team-sponsored 'Most Photogenic' awards in our team's trophy case now...

Just a curious thought...were you in the group of people from Brazil/Robahamas/HOT(and me tagging along from 66) that was hanging out at the party saturday in florida? If so, I have a few pictures you might want to see... =)

Prettiest in my mind is a tie. Love the 'Scooby Snack' of team 66...every time I show a picture of your bot Nate, everyone loves it! Also, Juggy was as beautiful in apperarance as well as in funtion...as always! Though I was also quite fond of Blizzard from team 188...the freezing..ummm, nevermind.. =)

yah Andy- but ya know... 42 may not build pretty bots.. but they are always tough, and that's all that matters in our little game ;-)

like we dicussed a little this weekend.. looks don't matter.. and staying pretty for 'other events and demos'..eh, non-important..

let the ugly robots rule!! hehe :-)
