does anyone know if we are allowed or not allowed to design a bot that interacts with the counterweight supports on the bridge?

i've been getting mixed answers.

Looking at rule GM22: "Robots may react against the pipe and the bridge which divides the playing field."

It sounds like it is allowed.

And looking at GM21: "...It is very common for machines to run into each other, the goals, the bridge, and the playing field borders at full speed, and for arms and various other mechanisms to experience the resultant forces."

I bet they are expecting robots doing stuff to the bridge and the goals with a large amount of force.
