Tower

I have some more questions about the tower.
1.) What are the dimensions of the ring that goes on top of the small tower?
2.) Since the small tower and the big tower seems to share a floor flange in the drawing, how does the ring attach to the small tower but not obstruct the larger tower?
3.) Does it matter whether the casters are fixed caster or pivot casters?
4.) Is ther a final answer on how to attach the center pivot yet?
5.) Why does the CAD drawing say we need 20 floor flanges? The drawing doens't show nearly that many

WE NEED ANSWERS!

Since we don't have the answers to the questions above, our team's building is being delayed. We need answers fast. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Call and talk to Justin at OTC. He made the cad drawings from sketches that Jim Zontag made.

Mr. Mac is on a distinguished road
Goal Tower Info.

I do not know all the answers now, but when I get to school tomorrow I will check on them; here are the ones that I do know:

2.) Since the small tower and the big tower seems to share a floor flange in the drawing, how does the ring attach to the small tower but not obstruct the larger tower?
A HOLE IS CUT IN THE RING OF THE SMALL TOWER AND THE PVC OF THE TALL TOWER PASSES RIGHT THROUGH IT; SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURE
3.) Does it matter whether the casters are fixed caster or pivot casters?
THE CART CASTERS ARE 2.5" SWIVEL TYPE, THE GOAL TOWER USES 2.5" FIXED TYPE
4.) Is ther a final answer on how to attach the center pivot yet?
A FLOOR FLANGE IS BOLTED TO THE LOWER PLYWOOD, A PIPE THREADED ON BOTH ENDS, CALLED A NIPPLE, IS THREADED ON TO THIS FLANGE, THE UPPER PLYWOOD IS SET OVER THE PIPE SO THAT THE NIPPLE PASSES THROUGH A HOLE IN THE CENTER OF THE UPPER PLYWOOD, AND FINALLY, A FLOOR FLANGE IS INVERTED AND THREADED ONTO THE TOP OF THE NIPPLE.
5.) Why does the CAD drawing say we need 20 floor flanges? The drawing doens't show nearly that many
IT TAKES 12 FLANGES TO BUILD THE GOAL TOWER AND 8 FLANGES TO BUILD THE TWO CARTS.

I truly apologize. I just sent drawings to Brandon to post on the white pages but the measurements to the rings are 11.5 I.D. and 16 O.D.
