Are Shaft Collars fasteners?

Student on team #192, Gunn Robotics Team, from Henry M. Gunn Senior High School. Posted on 2/17/2000 12:29 AM MST Are Shaft Collars considered as a type of fasteners? How about if it's used to hold a stick from moving? Or does it count as small parts? |
