When you look at the above post and begin calculating 159! by hand. And get past a big number (50!) before you realize a nice thing called Mathcad. And you kick yourself.

I also keep on seeing red sweatshirts and thinking they're our rbotics team sweatshirts....

Especially when that article of clothing is an outrageous denim jump suit. BTW, has anyone noticed how sunglasses are becoming increasingly more like safety glasses? It was uncanny how similar the two look. I'm thinking, be a trend setter and just wear my safety glasses all the time!

Heh, our Teacher actually did this all throughout chicago. Even while he was driving...we're like "Why...?"

NOTE: Our saftey glasses were the cool tinted ones. When you first see them you're like "Okay...this is cool...sorta". Then you realize how bad they are when you're trying to see that spot on the robot in the dark UCF pits and can't quite see it, and begin ripping the safety glasses off of your head

what ARE you talking about? i had to leave midwest regional early this year for indiana's state science olympiad competition, (which i DID NOT want to go to- but since i was team captian, i kind of had to....) and i wore my goggles all the way there- 5 hour drive, and all the time i was at state... except on my head, because they aren't osha approved splash goggles and i'm a chemistry freak... and i was also wearing my wildstang bandanna AND because those stupid SOAP stamps i let Happy and Mike from 108 put on me apparently used permanent ink, dark blue soap and wash stamps, even though we really didn't use the programs, only because they were my friends and i let them stamp me... but at least they had he cute "WASH with SOAP" saying.....

-You think you’ve failed in life because one of the freshmen on the team thought of compact disc when you said CD
-You wake up earlier/later than you need to just so it aligns with one of your favorite FIRST teams(I’m currently waking up 3 minutes earlier than usual in honor of 527, who picked us at SBPLI even though we didn’t work most of Thursday and Friday )
-You’re making a fake driver’s license for your MOEstix
-You plan to use it for FIRST related purposes(take that NJ driving laws!)
-You refer to your teams supply of Sterilite containers as your babies
-You cry when you see stupid non-FIRST Frosh using them (they still haven’t returned the bottom of one of them !)
-You made up your own results for nationals even though you weren’t there
-You’re still convinced they really happened
-You almost have a heart attack when you see someone wearing a FIRST shirt, or carrying a FURY bag(even though everyone in the school has gotten at least two)

...and when the guys get 2gather, they forget about the dates, and start talking about their robots
