121, I think you guys had the best robot. Everytime I wathed your matches, it just made so much sense. It was designed perfectly for the game.

Yes, I really enjoyed our robot. We took off the float today during a parade we marched in and everyone loved it. Rhode Warrior V goes down in the record books for me.

The best ball bot that I saw would have to be 16. BBS is awesome. We were in our last round in qualifications, seeded eigth in Einstein.we were doing pretty good until BBS filled a goal so high I could hardly believe it. We lost 52-47, and if we had won, we probably would have been seeded 2nd or 3rd. Best goal bot would have to be Kingman. Everytime I see that machine I start to drool. It is amazing that that thing canbe so amazingly fast, lift two goals in the air, turn them, and beat up anyone that tries to mess with them, all while remaining under the 130lb limit. Hats off to you guys.

I must nominate 95 for best ball bot, they were amazing.
Also, I can't forget Buzz after all the help we received from them at Nats, they have a very good ball bot. I think 25 should receive some credit for 'sleekness'. 25's goal grabbers are the sleekest design I have yet seen, and are a force to be reckoned with. Also, 7 has a nice concept with their traction and durability and should be recognized. While not trying to be biased, 84 has a very rugged and powerfull design. We were only pushed around once during the season, and that was at Nats, after we damaged our compressor, and found the our motor had been shifted 1/4". Our two speeds and suspension are definately something that has been noticed this year. |

Hey! I wanna extend a hand from all of Team 60 for all of your praise! That makes (well, from what i know for sure) me really happy (I can't speak for everyone).
I have to say that I liked our robot. I thought that it was just amazing. <-- I didn't get to do that much building, and because I was at a different campus, I didn't see the bot but about 4 times before nationals. I know it's kind of selfish, but, hey! Aren't I allowed to like our robot, too? I thought 144 was good, too. I mean, they were great throughout the whole semi-final and even final process. Thanks for picking us! The beast. That was an awesome robot! I would have to say that was my favorite over all! |
