Since UCLA was even lucky to get to the Nevada Bowl, I wasn't following much of the BCS championships. I was told by my parents that we were rooting for OSU though because they're Big 10 and so is their alma mater, the Univ. of Minnesota.
I personally think that the BCS system is messed up and doesn't necessarily represent the best college teams. I just heard today that the winner in the past 5 years of the championship has been from a different conference every year except the Pac 10 hasn't had one. If this trend continues there will be a nat'l champion next year from the Pac 10 and hopefully it'll be UCLA. Hey, don't laugh...we're rebuilding! ![]() |
