If people respond, then posts must mean something to someone

People can post whatever they want.. but it only becomes an issue of "sifting" if people respond to EVERY message... if even just to say "what was the point of this"

Personally, yes.. there are some things that shouldn't be posted.. or you can just email between your friends or teammates for that matter...

However, we've kept "off the topic" discussion to the rumor mill.. and it's simply because our messages are a mix of truth and a little fun... cause that's what this whole thing is about FUNNNNNN! People should be having it... and if they can laugh about a hampster-powered 12-wheel drive system.. that doesn't mean that we don't have a 12-wheel drive system or aren't saying something of value... it just means we also value "anti-stress" fun that can be found in the competition...

So if you don't think a post is of any "value" then don't respond to it... you don't have to respond it every message...

Or if you have a problem with what someone posts that much, email them and say "hey, how come you keep posting about this"... and they will tell you why...

I've been on these forums for many years now (forever it seems).. and I'm glad to see it grow so much.. but the more people, the more opinions or "perspective" on importance or the correct use of the forums you get...

Expect no less with growth... expect the same in FIRST and the world as a whole.. it's the way it all works
