You can do this yourself quite easily if you have Excel. Just paste the data into Excel and then highlight that column. Under the Data menu there is a function called "Text to Columns". Select delimited and then hit next and then choose comma as a delimiter, and hit finish. This should do exactly what you want. These instructioins are for Excel '97 but I think pervious and future versions have this functionality also. There are other ways to do this including making an ASCII text file from the data and then trying to open it in Excel.

Just in case you wanted to know how to do this yourself.
