#343 Metal In Motion is taking the nation by storm!

Student on team #312, Heatwave, from Lakewood High and Baxter.

Can you believe that team #343 Metal In Motion has taken first place at both the KSC and VCU Regionals?! Talk about having a good robot! Not only that but they got some great operators too! Congratulations to #343 and to all the other winners. See you at Nationals.

Jared,
You are too kind! We are definately off to a great start this year. One thing is very obvious to me, there is no one robot out there that can win this competition by themselves. It takes teamwork to qualify well and to win the finals. This really makes all of the teams in the winning alliance feel like they deserve the trophy. Team 343 must thank ALL of the teams that have helped us get where we are. When an alliance can be formed that works together with precision, scoring records can be shattered. As we demonstrated at KSC with you guys. I can't wait to see what kind of scores are posted in the finals at the nationals, when everybody has time to figure the game out.
