Servo Problem

I have rigged up a very basic code to move a servo, but the servo won't respond other than what i call "gliching", the servo moves about 5 degrees every 2 seconds or so. This action seems to overide the command given by the code, and the press of a joystick button thats suppost to move the server does nothing. I've spent about 2 hours trying to get arond this and I know that the jumper is working, the servo is plugged into the right PWM, replacing the servo changes nothing, the Module of the cRio is working, the cRio has been reformatted, Labview is up to date, and that the camera, the only other element in the code, is functioning properly. The indicator on the front panel of the Teleop VI reports the change in angle as if the servo was responding, reading out the angle being given by the joystick. Thanks in advance for any help!
