A few weeks ago we were in a minor panic worrying that we would only get about 10 entries into our Chief Delphi Invitational, which would have been depressing with all the work we have done to design a really cool kit and game, but it looks like we are over the hump so to speak.

Tallies now look like we will almost certainly sell out our 24 slots and have a waiting list besides. We have about 10 checks in hand and about more say the check is in the mail.

The reason I am posting this message is to give the 10 or so teams that tell us they are 'thinking about it and will probably come' fair warning. The first 24 checks that find their way to our mailbox get the 24 slots available.

We will have a waiting list, but don't count on it.

You can think about it, but don't think too long ;-)

I know the feeling Joe...we had the same problem when organizing the West Michigan Robotics Competition last year...we didn't have many registrations early on, but as the deadline approached, we got flooded with teams wanting to be in it...we had to turn some away as it was...
