The images are only designed for the classmate PC. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it is to reinstall windows on your eeePC. Hopefully, you have a restore image for it.

The image on the USB stick contains drivers specifically intended for the Classmate PC. It will not work with any other computer. The correct course of action at this point is to restore your PC to its original state using whatever OS reload media it came with.

To use any Windows PC as a driver station, just install the FRC Utiility and Driver Station updates.
