Hello. We are having trouble in our driver station window. The voltage reads zero when I know it should have 12.27 or something. Please help us Thank you

Make sure you have an Analog Module in slot 1 of your cRIO, with an Analog breakout mounted on it. The Analog Breakout must be powered and the jumper must be installed on the outside two pins of the Battery Selection header. See this doc for a picture of how the jumper should be installed:

You need to install the jumper on the analog module in your cRio. Look through the control instructions.
