Camera Image Overlay
Is it at all possible to use Java to overlay the image displayed on the dashboard with the detected particles? It would be very helpful for testing to see what pixels are being detected. I know that there are IMAQ image overlay functions, but we've decided to stick with Java and have most of the robot programmed in it already. Do I have to write a new Dashboard project in LabVIEW?

Re: Camera Image Overlay
Shoot. Thanks for the link; bookmarked it. Working with LabVIEW means working with our school's Windows machines, which is not very fun. It isn't a high priority on our programming to-do list, but your link will be a very helpful resource. Thanks a lot again!
So after I make the custom Dashboard, it's just a matter of figuring out how to put it on the Classmate and send particle analysis reports through Java, right? (I'm actually not sure what kind of data to send because I haven't worked with LabVIEW since I gave up on it after last year's FTC.) |
