How to CAD a sprocket.

Hello all,
I am in need to create a 35chain sprocket with an 16.5 inch outside diameter.
What would be be the proper way to create such a sprocket in CAD?
I mainly use Solidworks.

Thanks.

Re: How to CAD a sprocket.

That's a tad large...

In Solidworks, you can use the Toolbox to configure parts such as bearings, sprockets, gears, pulleys, fasteners, and more from some template provided by Solidworks. Click the Design Library tab on the right and select Toolbox, Click "Add in now" and browse to the part you want to create, right click and say create part, which you can then configure with the panel on the left. This will create a new part that will probably want to save somewhere you can find it again.
