FTP the cRIO with an image from the vision assistant, how do I do that?

I just got done with the image assistant and have done everything they have said, and have run into a road block. The link describing how to make the image accessible to the cRIO no longer exists on National Instruments website. I would like to know where I can get some information on how to do this.
